The mullahs’ regime has carried out an inhumane ruling of 74 lashes against 4 individuals in public in Khorasan Razavi Province in northeastern Iran.
These individuals were accused of smoking hookah in public during fasting hours, according to the state-run Khorasan daily.
The mullahs’ regime resorts to the excuse of breaking fast to cement a climate of fear and crackdown amongst the public, and carrying out arrests and lashes in public and various prisons across the country.
