Despite suppressive measures by the clerical regime and the arrest of a number of workers, the strike of thousands of workers of Haft-Tappeh Sugar Cane Factory of Khuzestan entered its 21st day. The striking workers said: Because of brutal raids by the criminal agents of State Security Force by throwing tear gas and firing at the workers in front of the governorate building in Shoosh, we have returned to the factory now and will continue our strike and sit-in here.
