Voters in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and 17 other EU countries are placing their votes into ballot boxes. The vote began at 4am Greenwich time and is expected to continue 9pm Greenwich. Voters in seven other EU countries had casted their ballots from Thursday to Saturday.
