Mullah Alavi-Gorgani, one of the official government picked clerics commented on the upcoming month of fasting during Ramadan.
“The police should not go neglecting if an individual is seen eating or drinking in public places during the fasting hours of the day in the month of Ramadan. Actions should be taken if they violated the law, ,” he said.
