The Free Syrian Army reported Russian warplanes cannot resolve anything on the ground, but they are increasing the killings and destruction.
Al Jazeera TV reported dozens of families are living in the city of Attamane in northern Hama Province, and they are in danger due to Russian air attacks. There is no trace of ISIS in this city and all the eye can see is women and children.

This city has been bombed by Russian warplanes and civilians are seen fleeing their homes searching for safety. Both Russian and Syrian regime warplanes target the civilians, yet the bombs used by Russia are much more powerful. They are targeting civilian areas and Syrian fighters’ positions, not ISIS.
The Free Syrian Army is spread in northern Hama and south of Idlib to carry out preventive measures against Russian airstrikes.
