According to a highly confidential document leaked by news sources, members of the High Council of Cultural Revolution have received orders from Khamenei to once and for all specify a “comprehensive & complied policy in their approach vis-à-vis the Baha’i community” and send it to the Islamic Republic leader in order to be announced to all relevant parties.
This “Top Secret” document specifically states the “approach used by the system towards (Baha’is) must be carried out to prevent their progress and advance”.

A- Baha’is status in the nation:
…the approach used by the system towards (Baha’is) must be carried out to prevent their progress and advance.
B- Cultural status:
1- Only to be enrolled at schools if they don’t say they are Baha’is.
2- They should only be enrolled at schools that have strong personnel knowledgeable in bigotry issues.
