Meisoun al-Damalouji, official spokeswoman of the al-Wataniya Coalition, said there is a final agreement between most political factions on Nouri Maliki not reaching a third term as premier, al-Tagheer TV reported.
“The premiership has not been made to be the portion of just one individual or a specific group. In fact, this must be a national figure that is elected by the people,” she said.
