This ruling states the assets confiscated of the Asa Corp and Asaco companies, along with the Alavi Foundation, must be given to terrorist attacks victims, including 9/11. The court has emphasized these companies are in direct trade relations with the Iran and they have activated the regime’s money through its National Bank.
