In his regional trip, Ayad Allawi, former Iraqi Premier, asked the Arab countries to reopen their embassies in Iraq.

Sheikh Adnan al-Danbous, Iraqi MP from the Iraqi National Faction, said: Allawi is presently visiting Cairo to inform Egyptian officials of present situation in Iraq and the political process. He and his accompanied delegation including Aliyah Nusaiyef, Osama Najafi and Hassan al-Azzawi and a number of other members of the Iraqi National Faction will visit Saudi Arabia and Jordan too.

It is worth noting that Ayad Allawi and other Iraqi nationalist leaders and personalities have repeatedly asked Arab countries to reopen their embassies in Baghdad to confront the Iranian regime’s meddling.
