Hamed Ahmadi, Kamal Molaei, Jamshid Dehghani and Jahangir Dehghani are four Sunni Kurdish political prisoners in Iran who are on their 32nd day of hunger strike on Sunday, July 13th. They have each lost around 15 kilograms of their weight and are currently losing their vision. In the heat of Ghezel Hesar Prison in Karaj, west of Tehran, Iranian regime authorities are even refusing to provide cool water to these hunger striking prisoners for ‘iftar’ during the month of Ramadan.
