Regarding the crisis between Iraq’s Kurds and Maliki’s government, Iraqi President Jalal Talabani said the language of threats does not build up Iraq and the worst thing in the current crisis is the gathering of military forces against one another, Al-Mada daily reported.
Talabani reiterated the political process is in its critical stages, nearing the cliff of civil war and facing serious dangers. This might actually threaten the country’s security and citizens’ well-being, he added.
