In a special interview with Danish daily Politiken, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, said : The European Union must correct the great mistake of terrorist designation of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI) and end this injustice; if the EU doesn’t do so, it will take side along the mullahs.

Entitled “The Iranian regime prepares for nuclear bomb”, the Politiken’s interview with Mrs. Maryam Rajavi said: The exiled President of the Iranian Resistance, Maryam Rajavi, said after the British Appeal Court, Denmark must urge the European Union to remove the Iranian group from the EU terrorist list. Maryam Rajavi pointed out that the Iranian regime is abusing Europe’s good faith and optimism to attain nuclear bomb.

Maryam Rajavi: It is obvious that Tehran’s mullahs call us terrorists; this is the method of all dictators; it is sorrowful that the Iranian regime is able to induce Europe that the Resistance is a terrorist and Europe lets that democratic values and the rule of law and democracy be trespassed in support of a religious fascist government.

Politiken added: On Wednesday, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, along with a delegation of prominent British politicians entered the European Parliament. They came to say that by its verdict, the British Court of Appeal had undermined the EU terrorist designation of the main organization of Iranian Resistance. After one year of evaluation of evidences, the Court said that the British government had no right to keep the PMOI in the terrorist list. This verdict means that the British government, in a matter of a week or two, has to present a resolution and call for removal of the PMOI from the list.
