45 political prisoners in different prisons in the country, begun their hunger strike on Wednesday protesting the recent spike in executions by the Mullahs’ regime. These hunger strikes coincide with the 40th day of the execution of two Kurdish political prisoners Habibollah Golparipour and Esmail Mohammadi, hanged in Oroumiah, northern Iran. Among those on hunger strike are a number of new prisoners on the death row. 31 other political prisoners that are in their 32nd day of hunger strike expressed solidarity with the new strikers.
