In an interview with Asharqia TV, Thamir al-Tamimi, Secretary General of the Iraq’s Awakening Councils, announced that Iran keeps attacking Awakening Councils forces.

Responding to a question about recent assassinations of Awakening Councils forces, he said: We were exposed to such assassinations since two years ago; presently there is a prospect of local elections, and we should naturally expect such subversive actions by the Iranian regime.

By flaring up religious seditions and religious confrontations and religious strife, this regime wants to take us back to previous disasters and calamities.
