The London-based Syria Human Rights Observatory said more than 180,000 Syrians have been killed ever since the war in this country began back in 2011. To this day the deaths of 180,215 people have been registered, and so far 9,400 children and 6,000 women have been identified as amongst those killed. According to this report around half of Syria’s population is displaced inside and outside of this country.
