The Central Council of the Palestine Liberation Organization launched its session in Ramallah on Saturday, April 26th. In this session the issues of discussion will include talks with Israel, the political agenda of the Palestinian Authority and national reconciliation. The Central Council of Palestine is recognized as the second organization of the PLO after the Palestine National Council.
