East Baghdad residents protest lack of services, slow progress in projects

Al-Hurra TV, 15 Dec 2012 – Lack of services and the slow progress in carrying out infrastructure projects in East Baghdad, including the two districts of al-Gabr and Qazlan, led to protests and demonstrations against these conditions.
Demonstrators called on officials in the Baghdad municipality and the provincial council demanding an end to their suffering.
