“The current government knows the perpetrators of the explosions in Karbala, yet it hides them,” said the Iraqi Association of Muslim Scholars (AMS).
 
al-Rafidayn TV reported AMS condemned two explosions in Karbala Province, announcing the current government is fully aware of who is behind these explosions against Iraqis on different occasions, especially religious anniversaries. However the government hides its perpetrators and collaborates with them in many cases.

The government of Iraq has given safe haven to the criminals that have fled from the prisons in Basra and sent them to Iran, said the AMS in its declaration. These explosions are for marketing and arranging deals with Iranian security companies that are activating in Iraq.
