In Iran sanctions news, Senate Minority leader Republican Mitch McConnell in an interview with FOX News emphasizes more intense sanctions against Iran.
“What we have been recommending which the President has been interestingly enough threatened to veto in the State of the Union message, was that the talks were fine but at the end of this period, which ended July 20th, they would tougher sanctions, not weaker sanctions, if they didn’t get a deal,” he said.
