On Sunday, July 5 repressive agents in the city of Shiraz flogged a young man in public. The allegations raised against him were stated as breaking fast in the month of Ramadan. To show the punishment of this youth to all people across the city the authorities had him tied down on a flat-bed truck and paraded around the city.
