VIENNA – AFP – June 27, 2015: Global powers and Iran still need to fulfill three conditions to nail down a nuclear deal curbing the Islamic republic’s atomic program, French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said Saturday.
“We believe there are at least three indispensable conditions,” Fabius said as he arrived to join the talks, highlighting a need for rigorous inspections, long-lasting limits to nuclear research and development and a mechanism to quickly re-impose sanctions.
