Interrogators and torturers in Tehran’s notorious Evin Prison placed political prisoner Sediqeh Moradi  under physical and psychological torture in an attempt to force her to ‘confess’ in a television interview. It is worth noting that Ms. Sediqeh Moradi  is a political prisoner who was also arrested in the 1980s and is currently held in Ward 209 of Evin Prison. The mullahs’ henchmen threatened this 51-year-old prisoner with long prison terms if she refuses to appear before camera and deliver the confession they demand.
