Due to increasing tuition fees in Kermanshah’s Open University in western Iran, a large group of students have not been able to make up this money and for that reason they have asked for loans from the university fund. This entity has not given a positive response to the students and said due to the high number of those requesting loans, this will add up to increasing pressures on the college and the students are asking for these conditions be responded to.
