More than 300 students of Teachers’ Training University in Tabriz staged a sit-in in the Technical College on Sunday. The sit-in was to protest against the ‘Herassat’ agents’ interventions in the elections of “Student Guild Council” of the University.

The sit-in continued until 1 a.m. Monday. In fear of spreading of the protesting move, the university officials promised the students to look into the said interventions in the Student Guild Council’s elections.
