Senator John McCain (R-AZ), a senior member of the US Senate Armed Forces Committee expressed concerns over the Iranian regime’s terrorist activities.
We must inform the people and the world of the Iranian regime’s activities in Afghanistan, killing Americans in Iraq, supporting Hamas and Hezbollah and also its efforts to obtain nuclear weapons, Senator McCain said in response to a question by Al-Jazeera TV on what is the US’ reaction towards the assassination plot against the Saudi envoy in Washington.
The American people are all concerned about the Iranian regime’s efforts and these measures by Tehran’s mullahs were revealed in the plot against the Saudi ambassador, he added.
