Pakistan rejects Iranian regime’s request to facilitate gas transfer to India

The Pakistani government rejected the Iranian regime’s request to facilitate its gas transfer to India.
Islamabad gave a negative answer following two days of negotiations between Iranian regime foreign minister Ali Akbar Salehi and Pakistani officials to facilitate gas transfer from Iran to India, Express Tribune daily reported.
Due to international sanctions Pakistan had considerations in allowing Tehran to even provide financial resources for the part of the gas pipeline project in Pakistani soil, Express Tribune added.
