On the morning of Tuesday, October 6 a prisoner by the name of Farzad Ahmadpanah was executed based on “Qisas” (punishment of retaliation), websites inside Iran reported.
This hanging took place in Sanandaj Central Prison, western Iran. This inmate was transferred to the quarantine section along with a number of other inmates in preparation for their executions.
His execution was carried out early Tuesday morning but there is no news about the six other individuals.
