The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met with King Abdullah II of Jordan in the capital of the UAE, Abu Dhabi.
They discussed fraternal relations, ways of enhancing them and regional and international issues of common concern during talks held
The two sides discussed strategic relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen, upgrade and expand them in order to achieve the goals and visions of the two countries, and establish foundations for mutual cooperation and solidarity. The meeting also addressed a number of current issues and developments and points of view on them.
They also expressed their desire for further growth and development in all fields, and the two sides stressed the importance of strengthening joint Arab efforts to confront challenges and risks in order to enhance security and stability in the region and consolidate the concepts of peace, tolerance, understanding and co-existence. The two sides also stressed the importance of international cooperation and coordination in dealing with the dangers of extremism and violence and fighting terrorist organisations and groups.
