Iran: Malta fever out Break in Kermanshah

Despite the eradication of Malta fever in Iran long ago, regime incompetence and extreme corruption has been a factor of the return of this easy responding disease.
Government announced statistic shows that in parts of Kermanshah some 72 people have been affected due to lack of basic sanitation and standard treatment of milk products.
People of the town of “cheshmaeh Gach” in “Sar Firouz-Abad” region are witnessing cases of Malta fever. This area of Kermanshah lack minimum medical facilities or sanitation.
Town of “cheshmaeh Gach” is the largest town in “Jalalvand Dehestan” district and is suffering from lack of Health Center. People’s efforts to reach out to the local governor have been fruitless.
