Resistance’s prominent artists underscore importance of Ashraf’s protection by US forces

The 115th day of sit-in of Ashraaf residents’ families and supporters of the Iranian Resistace in front of the UN headquarters in Geneva was held in the cold weather.

The speakers of the program were Professor Bahram Alivandi and Dr. Hamid Reza Taherzadeh, two Iranian artists and members of the National council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), who underscored the resolve of sit-in participants until Ashraf protection is guarantee .

Bahram Alivandi, father of two PMOI members residing in Ashraf said: “With such companions and supporters, the brave Ashraf residents will be victorious.” He described the Ashraf residents’ resistance against fundamentalism a firm obstacle against fundamentalism and inspiring movements in the Iranian universities.

Dr. Hamid Taherzadeh described Ashraf City as the beacon of hope and freedom and said: “We resist, so we exist, the resistance that has relied on itself for forty years and has overcame all conspiracies.”
