Al Rafedein TV, 23 Oct 2013 – Reports published by the Iraq Parliamentary Assessments Management revealed the foreign debt of Maliki’s government until the end of 2012 has rounded up to more than $39 billion. Of this amount, $27.639 billion is owed to Persian Gulf countries.
