INTV, 19 Oct 2013 – Cécile Pouilly of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Office warned Iran to not execute again an inmate who survived a first execution in the city of Bojnord in northeast Iran.
The UNHRC continuously demands for the revoking of death sentences as a form of punishment, he said.
