Rafsanjani in a recent speech admits to the dire status and an uncontainable economic crisis engulfing the entire Iranian regime.
“We have seen severe damages in this period and the people don’t know anything of these damages. When they say economic growth has been negative 5% it is while our prospects were at positive 8 or 9%,” he said.
“Right now we are in a water tragedy. We have lost all our assets and supplies during the past few years due to incorrect policies. Of course, things are out of our hands and returning it to normal conditions will be difficult,” Rafsanjani added.
