Roman Nadal, a French Foreign Ministry spokesman said: Iran’s Foreign Minister speaks of negotiation and cooperation but no tangible step has been taken to respond to Solana’s request.

Referring to the UN Security Council resolution 1803, he said: The European Union is ready to impose more sanctions against the Iranian regime in the framework of this resolution.
