Political prisoner Hadi Abed Khoda, paralyzed from the waist down, is in critical condition, reports from inside Iran indicate.
He is currently held in the clinic of Lakan Prison in the city of Rasht, northern Iran, next to psychologically ill patients. This is while he has lost 90% of his left kidney.
It is worth noting that Hadi Abed Khoda was a sympathizer of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran. He was shot before his arrest in the 1980s, paralyzing him from the waist down ever since.
One of his brothers was murdered by the regime’s forces in the 1980s and his second brother is also behind bars in the mullahs’ dungeons.
