Jean-Pierre Berart, Member of the French National Assembly, in an interview with INTV in the anniversary of the June 17, 2003 futile coup, asserted that what was carried out against the Iranian Resistance was the outcome of a deal with the mullahs and all allegations were baseless: therefore this file must be either dismissed or the Iranian resistance be given the right for defense in an open court.
