The 49th day of the Geneva sit-in by the families of the Ashraf residents and the supporters of the Iranian Resistance was held outside the UN headquarters in Geneva.

In this gathering, Mr. Antonio Stang, chairman of Helsinki Watch and the head of Parliamentary Committee for Iran Freedom in Italy, spoke. He said: “We shall make international organizations to work for protection of Ashraf residents’ rights. We should do our best to meet, write and go to them to get their support for Ashraf. We won’t abandon our demands, as we are doing in the Italian parliament to remove the PMOI from the terrorist list and to defend Ashraf. The EU must also delist the PMOI.
