Asharq al-Awsat International reported Iraqi MP and Iraqiya bloc spokesman Heidar al-Mulla stressing the mullahs’ regime brought Maliki into power and now they are attempting to maintain him at his post by force.
“Holding any kind of congress will not be possible until Maliki is the prime minister,” al-Mulla emphasized in his interview with the prominent Arab daily. “The Iranian regime brought Maliki into power and now it is attempting to maintain Maliki at his post by force.”
