Athens has formally applied for a third bailout. Greece has so far received bailouts from its creditors valued at around $240 billion.
Greek banks are running low on money and remain closed up to Thursday.
In new developments regarding the Greek debt crisis and the row with its European creditors Greece Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras addressed the European Parliament today to gain support for his country’s future. 
Germany has said it needs to see the Greek plan by Thursday and then other European countries will review the proposal on Sunday.
