Moscow rejects Tehran’s complaint on cancelling S-300 missile delivery

The Russian government dismissed the Iranian regime’s complaint against this country over cancelling the S-300 missile delivery, saying this case is finalized.
We have returned the down payment to the Iranian regime and we believe this case should be closed, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.
Lavrov said the Iranian regime has no legal basis on the cancelled contract, Russia’s state news Agency Ria Novosti reported from Moscow.
It should be noted that one year ago on September 22nd, 20101, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev signed an order banning the sale of S-300 missile systems and other military weaponry including tanks, fighter jets and helicopters by this country to the Iranian regime.
