Maliki’s government is conducting sectarian cleansing in Iraq, a Sunni movement spokesman said in an interview with al-Tagheer TV.
“What is taking place in Iraq is a sectarian cleansing guided by Iran and executed by Maliki,” said Sheikh Faruq al-Zafiri, spokesman of the Sunni movement in Iraq.
“This cleansing continues under the pretext of fighting against terrorism, while we all know the true terrorism is the government terrorism… the government now consists of an ocean of blood, fire, theft and massacre. Iraq has returned to the Middle Ages,” he added.
