Commander of the Revolutionary Guards in Chenaran, northwest Iran announced 23 youths were arrested in this district, adding charges have been issued and these individuals have been handed over to the judiciary.
These 23 young individuals, consisting of 14 men and 9 women, were arrested during an IRGC raid on a village named Kahu.
