In an article in Iraq al-Ghad website, Ahmad Abu Matar, the Palestinian writer and political analyst, described the Iranian regime as the cause of sectarianism and murder in Iraq and the region and emphasized necessity of Arab countries’ confrontation against it.
Abu Matar wrote: The most famous Arab writers and intellectuals, by releasing a statement, underscored their solidarity with Sheikh Yousef al Qarzawi regarding the fact that this sectarian sedition is basically led by the Iranian regime.
Abu Matar added: The Iranian regime’s goal behind these measures is to cover up its crisis and particularly the nuclear file that if comes to an end would threaten region’s countries; therefore, the religious sedition would not end without pushing back its political cause, i.e. the Iranian regime. This sedition would not end unless the Iranian regime pulls back to its borders from the occupied Arab lands, leaves threatening Persian Gulf Countries and stops meddling in the region’s countries.
