The Kuwaiti daily Al-Qabas reported: Simultaneous with presenting US -Iraqi draft on security act, the United States and Iran have started stationing a large number of their military forces at either sides of Iran-Iraq common border.

Al-Qabas added: The Iranian regime exerts extensive pressure on some of the Iraqi personalities and forces in order to presumably prevent approval of this act.

In such a condition, some US moves and military presence have caused increasing concern for the Iranian regime. One of the US military brigades has recently stationed warfare equipment at Iraqi border with Iran in Maysan province.
