UN Security Council voted on Friday to condemn the use of Chlorine bombs in Syria as the violation of the use of banned Chemical weapons and in the violation of Resolution 2118. The resolution insists that the perpetrators of using chlorine bomb in Syria must be accountable.
It also says that those who use chlorine bombs must be punished under Chapter 7 of the UN charter which provides for sanctions and possibly military action.
The resolution also includes that those who are called upon under the resolution 2118 but do not appear in front of the court would be subject to a UN measure under Chapter 7 of the UN Charter.
