Sky News (Arabic service) reporter in Iraq said five members of the political prisoner were killed in a missile attack early Saturday morning in Camp Liberty near Baghdad International Airport. Reports indicate 40 others have been wounded.
“A mortar attack targeting Camp Liberty resulted in many residents being killed and wounded,” said Eliana Nabaa, UN spokesman in Iraq.
An Iraqi Interior Ministry source said “five Iranian opposition members were killed and forty wounded.” However, this organization issued a statement emphasizing in this attack six of its members were killed, including one woman, and over 50 were wounded.
