The Washington Times, 4 Oct 2011 – Syrian President Bashar Assad on Tuesday threatened a regional war if the West intervenes in his country’s months-old uprising, saying he and Hezbollah would launch hundreds of rockets against Israel and Iran would attack U.S. and European targets, according to Iranian media reports.

According to the Fars report, Mr. Assad also said he would call on Hezbollah in Lebanon to launch its own rocket barrages at the Jewish state.
All these events will happen in three hours, but in the second three hours, Iran will attack the U.S. warships in the Persian Gulf and the US and European interests will be targeted simultaneously Mr. Assad was quoted as saying.
