A number of Basij agents along with the so-called “guidance patrol” who oversee the observance of women’s dress code approached and harassed women and young girls under the pretext of bad veiling in and around Hassan Abad subway (Tehran) at about 3 o’clock afternoon April 25, 2015.
The local people and shopkeepers who witnessed the scene, rushed to the help and aid of the women freeing them from the filthy claws of the suppressive agents preventing the women and girls to be arrested. The agents had to leave when they were over powered by the youth and shop owners in that district.
