Kurdish prisoner Mansour Yousefi was hanged on August 3 in Urumieh prison, northwestern Iran. This prisoner was sentenced to death on charges of possessing, purchasing and selling narcotics.
He was transferred to solitary confinement on April 19 along with four other prisoners in Urumieh prison in preparation for their executions. However, he was not executed until August 3. (August 4, 2015)
