According to Al-Jazeera television more than 30 people, mostly children were killed in Idlib after barrel bombs containing chlorine gas were dropped on the city of Bin-Nash in Idlib province.
The Assad regime also targeted cities of Sermin and Ghaminas with barrel bombs last week in which 6 people were killed and dozens injured.
